Every month we will be doing an Arcade Pony artists' feature, giving you up to date info from our line up of great musicians. This month we're doing Krucy Darkstar - 19 year old DJ and producer from Buckinhamshire.
Krucy Darkstar
Krucy started making music at the young age of 12, making happy hardcore and gabba before eventually moving into the electro field. He originally started using iMovie to mash up tunes before progressing to Garage Band. One of his earliest endeavors was to mix a Tupac accapella with the theme from 'Assault On Precinct 13'. Krucy has recently been studying at SAE London and is based in Hackney. When playing out live, he's been known to use Ableton with the APC40 controller, putting him at the cutting edge of DJ technology.

At 19 years old, Krucy Darkstar already has two releases under his belt as well as several major remixes for major artists such as Neo Tokyo and Polly Mackey & The Pleasure Principle. The contrast of orchestral melodies and colossal basslines that penertrate his ever evolving soundsound make Krucy a remarkably distinct producer.
